Teaching Methods

We are convinced that people learn better when they participate, have fun and enjoy the courses. With this in mind, we make sure that all our courses are held in a relaxed, comfortable and safe environment which helps the learning process and fosters creativity.

The training sessions can be organised:

Each of our courses has a specific theme and goal. They are all based on the principle of "learning by doing", with much time spent on exercises, discussions, and case studies and little time spent on theory. During the courses that focus on communication, the participants are video-taped and each individual walks away with a personal DVD.

At the end of each course, every participant is asked to present a brief action plan of how they will use what they have learned.
